Telephone Punch provides a way for employees to clock in and out with out having to access a computer or a traditional Time Clock. Employees simply call a special number, enter their assigned ID, and their time will be recorded.
Caller ID can be used to limit where an employee can call, if the number is not in the approved list of phone numbers then the call will not be accepted and also it can generate an exception. With the Telephone Punch the employee can also switch departments, record other activity, such as Sick Time, Vacation, Tips.
